Dallas Market and Save the Dates

Happy Monday night! I'm still blogging...trying to keep up one of my resolutions to blog more. I never did a resolutions post, but I am all fired up to do one for Chinese New Year. Again, better late than never!

So this past weekend I had the most FABULOUS opportunity ever. Jody took me along with her to market in Dallas so I could shop my little heart out and furnish the house. Let me tell you...it was amazing. I died and went to furniture and accessory heaven. The 14 floors of furniture were a little overwhelming...

But SO worth the back/calf/foot cramps and the long hours. I got some pretty unbelievable deals. I'll post all of my findings when I've placed them in the house, but here are a few samples. 

This little guy...Yes, I purchased a sheep for my house. Love him. 

I got LOTS of mercury glass, including this lamp. I am completely obsessed with mercury glass.

On another note, I decided that I wanted every seat in the family room to be "the best seat in the house" so I ordered not one, but TWO full-on baby gliders - as in the ones made for a nursery. Shh! They are the softest, cushiest, best chairs I've ever sat in and I'm pretty excited to break them in.
